Elite Car has free online quotation fare of Car booking with a competitive price for airport transfers, corporate transfer, point to point, wedding service and speical events. Elite Car is one of the leading airport transfers Car provider in Sydney and other interstate cities in Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Gold Coast, Darwin and Hobart.

Our bellow Hourly Rates covers 10 radius KM and minimum two hours booking requirements on different vehicles and different occasions for your benefit, any further distance for amount will be added according to kilometre.

Hiring Terms & Conditions:

A) The minimum pickup fee is $88.80 for Executive Car (4 Pax only).

B) 7 categories of limo are consisted such as Executive Car, European Sedan, Luxury SUV, People Movers Small, People Movers Big, Chrysler Stretch Car and Hummer Stretch Limousine. There will be strictly no choice of limo from Vehicle Category bookings, so always  the first available vehicle  will be dispatched from fleet.

C) Our hourly travel is required for minimum two hours booking for your special needs as Weddings, Sight Seeing, Corporate Transfer, Tours and Wedding booking. Online Quotation and Reservation price as it may vary depend on destination from our chart price. Hourly rates are covered by 10 radius KM from main down town area for minimum two hours booking, if more than 10KM increased please get quotation from “Instant Quotation>>Booking” box on Home Page.

D) There are 5 minutes complementary from booking time along with the set fare. If there is any further delay, an hourly rate is charged for waiting time on every 15 minutes slot according to the vehicle hired.

E) If there is any detour or extra pick up occurred, there will be extra charged $11.10 for each and every stop in five kilometres radius limit.

F) Request for Baby Capsule (0-6 Months), Child Seat (7 Months -4 Years) and Booster Seat (4 Yrs-7 Yrs) on each $16.65 surcharge will be attracted with regular price. Please see the NSW child seat regulation link: baby safe child restraints – NSW regulation.

G) “Meet and Greet Service” is provided from the airport and seaport where the drivers wait  in the arrival hall with name sign on.

H) There is 20% extra surcharge applicable on regular price if service provides between 10pm and 6am.

I) Higher surcharge is applied for “SPECIAL EVENTS” for example as New Year’s Eve, Sydney Olympic Park, Moore Park, and Race Course events pick up & drop off. Special Events transfer type must be selected for these occasions unless bookings will be cancelled under wrong category of Transfer Type chosen and 10% surcharge will be applied and if the Special Events booking is cancelled in less than 7 days, there will be 50% charged from the booking fee.

J) Elite Car has right to cancel the booking if selected transfer type is other than “Special Event” at big events in Sydney Olympic Park, Racecourse, New Year’s Eve, Moore Park & other popular venues. If you select wrong “Transfer Type” under the service category, the variance amount will be charged on existing credit card otherwise booking will be cancelled.

K) Elite Car has also right to cancel the booking due to management, vehicle mechanical and accidental issue. So in this case, the full amount of booking cost will be refunded to your nominated credit card or account.

L) If your pickup from Sydney Airport only and the flight is delayed more than 55 minutes, in this circumstance there is probability to cancel your booking for Chrysler or Hummer Stretch Limousine, and we will alternatively organise available other than stretch limousine for your airport pickup.

Pickup from the Airport:

There is no extra waiting time charged up to 25 minutes from the domestic terminal and 55 minutes from the international terminal, but there is charged for extra time consumed to clear the customs from the airport. We do not charge for any flight delay as  the flight landing time is monitored by the team member unless you change the flight without notification.

Sydney International Airport – Terminal One (T1): Our Chauffeur will hold your designated name sign board in the arrival hall and SMS to you during the flight landing, so please provide international or local mobile phone number on your reservation. There are two exits A & B in the Sydney International Arrival Hall where the chauffeur waits after 20 minutes the flight lands with the sign according to your flight number. If there is any problem to find the driver, please always call +61 481 474 527.

Sydney Domestic Airport – Terminal Two (T2): There is designated Car pick up spots for T2 where the chauffeur waits with the name board after 15 minutes flight lands outside of carousel four or five for the domestic flight of Virgin Australia, Jet Star, Rex and Pelican Airways and you will receive SMS with car registration number  from the driver during the landing. If there is any problem to find the driver, please always call +61 481 474 527.

Sydney Domestic Airport – Terminal Three (T3): Car pick up spots for T3 where the chauffeur waits with the name board after 15 minutes flight land outside of carousel two or one  for the flight domestic Qantas Airways only, and you will receive SMS with car registration number. If there is any problem to find the driver, please always call  +61 481 474 527.

International Terminal – Interstate City: The chauffeur waits with the name sign according to your flight number in the Arrival Hall after 20 minutes the flight lands and you will receive SMS from the driver during the flight landing time. If there is any problem to find the driver, please always call +61 481 474 527.

Domestic Airport – Interstate City: The chauffeur waits with the name board after 15 minutes flight lands at designated carousel area for the domestic flight. If there is any problem to find the driver, please always call +61 481 474 527.

Tolls & Government Charges:

All round trip tolls are billed to the customer depending on the route chosen. Elitecar.com will charge for all round trip tolls to and from the designated destination. Tolls charges are reimbursed to the driver. Elitecar.com.au collect the tolls only, We don’t charge them. Tolls are not included in any quoted prices, they will be charged separately. Some states charge a government subsidy levy this will also be charged to the customer if applicable

Parking:

All parking fees and other airport regulatory fees are additional. We collect those fees and reimburse the driver. We do not charge them.

Booking Cancellation Policy:

There is a cancellation fee occurs if you cancel your reservation on last time also cancellation is occurred due to COVID-19 restriction as follows :

» Any Cancellation received before 48 hours prior to booking time will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of full pickup cost.

» Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to booking time will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of full pickup cost.

» Cancellations received within 24 hours prior to booking time will incur a cancellation fee of full pickup cost.

» There is 50% cancellation fee on Stretch Limousines (Hummer and Chrysler) after booking confirmation sent and cancellations received within 7 days prior to booking time will incur a fee of full cost.

Note: Failure to arrive or no show will incur a full cost, and refunds will not be given for any part of the booking.

There are 10% GST & 1% service fee apply on regular price as payment made by credit card, bank cheque or any electronic payments and 5% on AMEX. The quoted price is included with GST (Goods Services Tax), Service Fee, Road & Airport Tolls, so no other hidden price will be added. The following payment methods are accepted:
